Beginners Level 2 at Manly Yoga

In Beginners Level 2 students build on their foundations to advance to the full practice of Salute to the Sun and learn more challenging postures, such as the Warrior series and Triangle pose. New breathing techniques are introduced to vitalise the body, balance the nervous system, and calm the mind for meditation.
