Hatha Yoga with Shaila

Shaila currently teaches Hatha Yoga at 10 - 11.30 am on Friday and Sunday at Manly Yoga. Hatha is a traditional type of yoga used to balance the physical, mental, emotional and energetic components of a person, assisting us to function at our highest potential.
